Why is this the social norm of this century, and if you turn up to work with a smile on your face something must be wrong with you. Then it seemed suddenly things started to happen. I got a promotion to manager at work, I got engaged. Things were arising, and I got busy. Stress became a major factor in my life. I was so focused on my work and s focused on planning my wedding, my diet and healthy lifestyle suddenly sat on the side lines. Meals became quicker and easier again. TRYING TO STAY HEALTHY DURING PREGNANCY

Trying to stay healthy during pregnancy Staying healthy during your pregnancy defiantly can be a hard thing to do. Whether your suffering from morning sickness, to exhausted to move or just craving that unhealthy snack keeping up that healthy lifestyle can be challenging but these are my tips to remaining healthy during most of your pregnancy. Water Water is so very important! Even before I became pregnant I drunk 2L of water per day and during pregnancy I drink 2.5-3L per day. Water provides hydration, cleans out toxins from your body and is essential to having a healthy baby, so please drink your H2O. Food Your diet is also very important during your pregnancy especially if you want to provide baby with healthy vitamins while they grow and develop in you belly. But food may be the hardest thing to manage while being pregnant due to sickness and cravings. I myself suffer from serve pregnancy nausea which makes it difficult to keep anything down or eat anything at all....

Confessions of a pregnant woman: Pregnancy. From the moment you find out you are expecting you are filled with joy and excitement, especially if it is planned like my first pregnancy was but what I did not plan was what follows, the sickness, the opinions and the hormonal lows. Pregnancy is hard. Understand, every women’s pregnancy is different and we may all experience different things during each individual pregnancy. These are my confessions. Sickness- I had always heard about ‘morning sickness’ but I would have never imagined how sever it could be or how it was in my case. I call it ‘all day sickness’ or ‘never ending pregnancy nausea’ because it was with me 24/7. I could hardly keep any food down (especially in the first four months) I would even gag and vomit bile every morning while brushing my teeth. Imagine having this happen to you everyday. It makes you feel tired and miserable but you are still expected to work and feel magnificent about your pregnancy. For som...
