My baby at four months

A Guide to Forrest Frederick - 4 Months FEEDING : Milk - Forrest is currently breast feeding and, on occasions, gets topped up on formula (Nestle NAN ONE in a Pigeon wide neck bottle for 3+ months) He feeds every 2 to 3 hours on both breasts during a feeding which can last from 10-25 minutes. Solids - I have been giving Forrest one tablespoon of baby pureé once a day since 18 weeks. Foods tried have been pear, apple, and banana. He has dropped a percentile in weight. Poos and pees are regular. SLEEPING : Night - Forrest’s sleep patterns are not regular at night, he may wake up every hour, or he may sleep for three hours without waking up. Regardless of the amount of times he wakes during the night he will still only have three feeds. Day Naps - Forrest will usually be awake for 1.5-2 hours before needing a nap. My favourite ‘luxury’ baby products:  So you are a new mum on the block and you hear  everyone talking about these baby products that you must have! But then you think, are they really worth the money ?  Here is a list of baby items that at first I thought were overrated but are actually brilliant!  Aden and Anais swaddles  absolutely love these! I first stared off with the cheaper brand but once I decided to switch to Aden and Anais I was so glad I did! They are super soft and breathable, and they are a great big size so they can be used for feeding cover ups, burp cloths, blanket to lay on or for swaddling your little one tight!
