Our summer activities Below is a list of the activities we partake in during the Aussie summertime. It’s important to keep our children cool in this heat plus keep busy and have fun! Visiting the local pool- Of course the pool in a no brainer. My son loves our local pool which has a kids splash pad plus large water slides which is perfect for my little thrill seeker. Insure your children are always pool and sun safe ☀️ Water play- On shadier afternoons I like to take my son outside for some water play. This could include a swim in our kiddie pool or water play in our water and sand table or even just using the hose to water the garden. (But always unsure your being water conscious) x Ice play- There are heaps of activities that you can do with ice. Some of our favourites include freezing animal toys in an ice cube tray and once frozen, break the ice to free all the animals. Or Using food colouring, freeze coloured ice then place in your wate...
